I inherited a site and moved it to my housting platform. It has your plugins installed. I renewed the subscription and updated the plugins. There is no place to add the license. WordPress Dashboard → Meta Box is not displayed in the left-hand menu. Can you help?
I thought I had updated the plugins installed on the site. I downloaded, unzipped and then ftp'd them up. How do I update the plugins with the premium?
Hi Bill, once you enter a valid license key, please go to Dashboard > Updates to tell WordPress to check the new updates. Then you'll be able to update the premium plugins just like other plugins on wordpress.org.
