MB Custom Post Types and Custom Taxonomies 2.0.1 deleted some CPT and taxonomies

Hi,

I updated the plugin on about 50 sites and noticed that some of my CPTs and taxonomies were blank in 2 of those sites.

I tried deactivating all other plugins and changing the theme, hoping it was a conflict, but it wasn't. Also, I didn't see anything in the error log. I had to delete and recreate the CPTs and taxonomies to make them work again.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this? I was able to replicate the issue on the staging environment of those 2 sites and can provide you the credentials.

Hi,

Please update the new version of this extension to v2.0.2 then add the param mbcpt-force=1 to the URL and run it to force migrate post types and taxonomies to the new version. Example: http://domain.com/wp-admin/?mbcpt-force=1

Thank you. Why were some sites ok and some broken? Due to character encoding?

Please update this extension to v2.0.3 then force migrate again to fix the issue on that sites.
