Meta Box Builder Disappears on Page - Meta Box

The metabox disappears everytime I update the page. It loads for a second but once the content loads into the editor it disappears. Going up to screen options dropdown and unclicking and then re-clicking the metabox title brings it back.

I've deactivated all other plugins and it still happens.

Did you use any of these plugins: Conditional Logic, Show Hide, Include Exclude? Can you please check the conditions to show or hide the meta boxes?

Yes, I have show/hide and I have it set to show on the homepage template, which is the one I am having issues with.
