I can't figure out what the culprit is here for the life of me. This is the only CPT I made that's doing this (Confirmations)

Hello Clint,

Can you please export the CPT "Confirmations" and field group assigned to the CPT to JSON files and share them with me?
I will import CPT and field group to my site and check the issue.
