    Hi,

    I created metaboxes and working fine, but once I preview changes it does not show those changes. While I have also set the autosave to true still those are not showing at all...

    Kindly give me quick solution as my client is just waiting for this one now ...

    Hi,

    I want to save autosave fields so I can view those changes, but it does not work while I have changed autosave to true as well ...

    Needed help on urgent basis.

    Hi,

    The helper function rwmb_meta() works like the WordPress function get_post_meta(), they retrieve the field value (post meta) from the database and show on the frontend. Preview Changes does not save data to the database so the new field value also does not show up. This issue was fixed from this topic https://support.metabox.io/topic/wordpress-preview-button-actually-saving-data/

    If you do not want to publish the post, you can use the option Save Draft and preview the post as well.

    But you did not answer my query. How to preview changes without publishing or before publishing post .?? Give me solution or guide me as my client want this ....

    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible to preview the new field value. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this case in the next update.

    You can try to save draft without publishing the post to preview changes.

    Hi,

    I think the autosave option might not relate to this case. And it is not working for now, unfortunately.
