    Hello Metabox Support Team,

    I recently updated to Metabox v1.30.4, which fixed the "something went wrong" error when editing fields. But now, I’m facing a new problem:

    When I try to add a new field to my custom fields, the field gets disconnected from my custom post type's settings page tab after I save it. I haven’t received any replies yet on my previous posts about this issue.

    I have tried different ways to make it work, but still un-successful.

    Could you please confirm if this issue is also due to the latest update, as I’ve noticed other posts mentioning you’re working on fixing some issues?

    You can try to follow this tutorial to increase the PHP setting max_input_vars to fix the issue

    Thanks a lot Peter, it’s working now! I appreciate your help.

    I apologize, as I had faced this same issue about a month ago. Someone in the Metabox Facebook group had kindly helped me fix it by increasing the PHP setting, just like you suggested. I recently changed my server and completely forgot to check this setting again.

    Now I understand, and I’ll make sure to remember it for next time!
