New custom post type not showing in elementor

Hi, I have created a custom post type and it is in the wp dashboard fine. However, when I try to create templates with elementor I do not have this new custom post type as an option to choose from - either for single post templates or when using a post widget. I have created custom post types using another plugin before and had no issue. Not sure if I am doing something wrong?

Just to note, I have the elementor add on ticked as I can choose custom fields within elementor from metabox, it seems to just be an issue with the custom post type.

I have realised this is to do with permalinks. Current set up is post name and it doesn't work. When changed to numeric or others it works. Please help.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, except there's no change with altered permalinks. I'm trying to set up archive and singular templates but I cannot select the 'Sponsors' CPT. I can access them via the widgets but when trying to preview, nothing, when trying to set conditions nothing, except the standard Post type.
