Based on the your response, I think I have a problem.
My Basic bundle allows me to create custom taxonomies, correct? However, when I tried to do so I received a fatal error (which was also reported by numerous other users). I received the same error when I tried to create a custom post type.
The general response from the support staff was that a new version of the AIO would correct the problem.
However, if I am not authorized to the AIO then I cannot correct the problem. Or, what am I not understanding?
My license should allow me to use the features that are included in the bundle. If they don't work properly, then an appropriate solution should be included in my bundle rather than in a bundle that I cannot use.
What are my options to get this corrected? Please advise.
