    I have three Metabox text fields that I did not want in the tabbed interface so I positioned them above the first tab field.

    The result was all fields were moved above all the tab fields in the post edit screen to the bottom and were empty.

    This seems to be improper behavior. Is this a bug?

    Hello,

    If you are using the builder, the tab field must be added first then other fields in a field group. If you want to add a field above the tab, please create a new field group and add more fields.

    Peter, this creates another issue... I cannot easily use conditional logic to show / hide tab fields based on the three fields in a separate field group. Do you have a workaround for this?
