I recently bought a MetaBox - personal - basic bundle. I did't received any purchase confirmation email from fastspring or MetaBox; my account does not show any license key and for now, PayPal is the one and only that confirm my purchase.
Please don't tell me that check my junk emails... it's not there.
I have already ask for help on customer's contact form, but no response yet. Then, I'll must open a PayPal Issue.
I don't see any other payments both from FastSpring or on our site. Please check your PayPal again for details. In case there's a transaction in PayPal, please open a dispute to get your money back, since it's not received by our payment gateway. Then you might want to try to buy our plugins again later in a few days.
