Recent update causes issues with one field group

After the recent update, one of my field groups no longer opens in the builder. The fields flash for a blink of an eye and then disappear. They are still present in post edit screens.

As far as I can tell, the groups with only a couple fields on the same site are not affected. Only one group with about 40-50 fields is having issues.

I tested two browsers, cleared cache and storage, but it doesn't help.
I have uploaded an older version of Metabox AIO and the issue is gone, so it clearly due to the update.
