    Hi,
    I have an AIO package license that expires on November 24th and I would like to renew it but I don't know how to do it. Could you guide me on how to renew my license for one more year. I have looked for a link where it leads me to renew but I have not found it.

    Hi Daniel,

    If the subscription is active, FastSpring will help you to renew the license automatically. If not, you can go to the My Account page to renew the license.

    Hi Long,
    I go to My Account page and see my purchases and when I click on View Licenses I can see my license key and some Actions: Regenerate and Manage Sites, and below I can see a CREATE A NEW LICENSE section asking for a number of sites with a submitt button.
    I have to click on this SUBMITT button to renew my license?

    Hi Long,
    Doing a double checking I see in My Account page two products:
    Developer Bundle --- --- Nov 24, 2020 Nov 24, 2021 See below View invoice
    View licenses
    and
    Core Extensions Bundle --- --- Oct 28, 2020 Oct 28, 2021 Renew
    In this second one (Core Extensions Bundle) it appears a Renew button.
    Now I have a doubt about what is the license to renew. I think I should renew the Developer bundle one. right?
