    Hello, I'm looking at how I can group all my CPTs in the WordPress Admin menu.

    I created a Settings page called "CPT's"

    For each CPT : Advanced -> "Show in menu" set to "Show as sub-menu of CPTs"

    This works nicely. However, I loose the CPT's submenu for Taxonomies etc.

    Is there a way to do this without losing the CPT sub-menu?

    Hello,

    I'm afraid that isn't possible. It is the design of WordPress core to display 2 levels of menus in the admin area. You can read more in this topic https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/260095/is-it-possible-to-add-3-level-menu-item-to-admin-menu

    Would it be possible to add a custom label + link to the settings page menu?

    E.g.:
    - my settings page
    -- my CPT
    -- my CPT Taxonomy (custom label + link to cpt taxonomy)
