Send email notifications to author and user select field - Meta Box

I have a custom fields group that contains a user select field. When the author submits the form, I'd like to send two emails: one to the author and one to the user selected in the form. I have the function from the docs setup and sending emails to me directly, but not sure how to implement the other two.

Hi,

You can do the same to send the email to the user ID. Use the action rwmb_frontend_after_save_post
