    I just recently updated from metabox 5.2.4 to 5.2.7 and also updated to WordPress 5.3.2 from an earlier version. Now HTML in my basic textarea fields are stripping "<" and ">". Previous pages that are already saved in the db are saved correctly, so I believe this has to do with a recent update.
