Is it possible to create a timesheet that allows you to track users clock in and out time as well as location? Also display things like the duration, manual entries (site owner), notes, job code (job performed) and their Full Name?

Meta Box does not support tracking the user time in/out, location or other activities. You may use a member plugin to have that feature.
