I use Bricks Builder, Metabox and Polylang.
I have created a Custom Post Type.
    Name: Event
    Slug: /event/

    Archive URL: example.com/event/post1/

When I set up Polylang, the language directory (e.g. /de/ for German) is added, but I can't translate the /event/ slug.

Then it looks like this: example.com/de/event/post1/

How can I translate the name and the slug of the Custom Post Type?

I have already checked with Polylang support. They can't help me and have referred me to Metabox Support.

Probably it does not work in the natural way. Is there a workaround?

    Hello,

Meta Box Custom Post Types helps you to register the post type with UI instead of using the code to register https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_post_type/

I'm not sure how to translate the slug with Polylang, you may try to register the post type with code to see if it works. Or use another translation plugin like WPML to translate the slug.

Hello wizible, you can simply change the 'Custom rewrite slug' in the advanced tab of a metabox custom post type.
(It works with polylang pro). They will appear in translation sub menu.
    Hope it helps!
