Trouble Using Include/Exclude inside Builder

I'm having trouble using the Include Exclude extension inside the Builder UI.

#1 - Can I assign Include/Exclude parameters when I'm editing a Field Group under the Settings tab > Custom Attributes? here:

#2 - I've tried a million varieties from using include, exclude, user_role, user_id, custom and using JSON or dot notation. But I can't seem to get anything to work. What I'm trying to do is only show a meta box IF a user has the role: "admin_accounting"

Any suggestions? Thanks for your help
