Updated yesterday broke frontend submissions?

Apparently the update yesterday broke my shortcodes? Now nothing shows up on the page. I'm not a coder, so please dumb down any instructions. 🙂

Hi,

Can you please show me your meta box code and the shortcode? I've just re-tested on my localhost and everything still works fine.
