    Greetings!

    My sites load time is less than 0.5 seconds...
    Until I enable your plugin "Metabox".. then it becomes 3 to 4 seconds.. sometimes even longer than that. And this is on pages that do not use any of the features from your plugin. Can you help me get the sites speed back?

    Hi,

    Website is loading slowdown can be caused by many potential issues, not only from Meta Box. You can try to deactivate all plugins except Meta box and switch to the standard theme of WordPress then re-check this issue. Using the plugin Health Check to troubleshoot the issue on your side only (does not affect other users) https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

    You can also check the error log to see some useful information.

    Your response notification went to my spam for some reason.

    I will try heath check.

    However...
    I am running multisite and all my other sites are using the same plugins and load consistently in less than half a second. Also I disabled all non-essential pluings. And when I disable your plugin the problem stops happening. So...

    Greetings, Thank you for the tip on that plugin. It saves a lot of time disabling and enabling plugins.

    Without...
    Without.....

    Meta Box is slowing the site by 3 to 4 times. Sometimes much much more.

    Would you mind telling us what features do you use from Meta Box? And can you take a screenshot of the queries details from the screenshot above (by clicking the button from Query Monitor)? I'd like to see what causes the problem.

    Greetings,

    I gave you direct admin access to it. You resolved one problem that was making it very slow. But it still slows the whole site down by about 100% to 150%. I asked you to finish resolving the issue in email but got no response. You had the ability to trouble shoot it all this time. I do not know what features I was using. I have a deadline to keep and am already so far behind I am going to lose a lot of money on this site as a result.
    I have already uninstalled it and redone everything using another plugin.

    I will say that Metabox is an amazing app. I really love a lot of things about it. And it is, by far, better than what I am using now. But I cannot have it slow down the site the way it is. Perhaps when I am done with the site and have some free time we can revisit this, solve the problems, and maybe I can migrate back to it. Perhaps there is a connection to the fact that I am using MultiSite.

    But for the moment I would deeply appreciate a refund.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.

    I've just found the issue with the custom table still enabling after creating a new one. For other issues that slow down your site, I'm not able to find it with the lack of accessibility on your site, just work with Query Monitor. However, if you have some free time, please create a fresh WP install and activate Meta Box, MB AIO to check the loading time. I do not see that on my testing site.
