Hi, I use Yoast SEO Duplicate plugin but all the values added via MetaBoxes are not duplicated when using Copy to New Draft.

IS there any Duplicate plugin you suggest to use?

You can try to use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-duplicator/
to duplicate post with custom fields.
