    I am unable to show the translated form on this page
    https://www.ergafrica.com/supplier-declarations

    In English it is fine, but when you use the language switcher to french I get this error, and the form won't load

    Warning: The following meta box is not available: "user-profiles"

    Hello Jan,

    Please ensure the field group ID is added to the user profile shortcode in the French language. If not, the warning message will be displayed.

    This is what is on the French page same as the English, what am I missing?
