When using Metabox with Oxygen, the WSYWYG custom field is unusable because the paragraph tags are stripped out of all copy. Only the headings are retained properly. Even if the <p> tags are put it manually, they're lost again immediately on save.

How can this be resolved? I'm using the latest version of Metabox and the latest version of Oxygen (4.02)

    Hi,

Please try to deactivate the plugin Oxygen builder and use the code to output the field value then recheck this issue. Read more on the documentation https://docs.metabox.io/fields/wysiwyg/

Let me know how it goes.

Are you saying the issue is with Oxygen, basically?

    Hi,

Yes, when I use the helper function rwmb_meta() to output the field value, the <p> tag is included as well.

    Hey Kevin,
You happen to use oxyextras or are willing to start using it? Then you just have to find this setting: Format & run shortcodes. Applies wpautop (for WYSIWYG content fields).
It works for multiple elements (since version 1.4.1).
    Regards,
    Paul

I'm having the same issue with Bricks Builder. Anyone find a solution for this?

Has anyone figured out how to solve this issue? If so, what is the fix?

I don't think so, so I gave up waiting, and have just moved back to ACF.
