i noticed this problem (see the screenshot) with quotes.

If i have clean WP install (in EN), than quotes marks looks like an example 2. If i change language settings to czech, then i get correct quotes for this (example 1).
But if i activate your "main" plugin, i get back default "english" quotes. This is wrong.
Can you make a fast fix?

Maybe it relates to browser language, extension or other things. The plugin doesn't modify anything related to languages at all.

The quotes are from czech language translate file. Not to browser language or other things.
