After the last update, the fields stopped respecting the bootstrap when used on cell phones and tablets.
I disabled all plugins and enabled the default theme.
In this first field "Diário de obras", there are 3 fields, the first with size 6, the second 3 and the third 3. See that the line has not broken. There was not one field under the other.
