    Hello,
can completely unregistered user create content on a form and submit it for admin to review?
Like a simple contact form ?

I read a tutorial about guest registering into a "guest account" but this is not what I want.
I want really the user getting on the form for the first time ever, and submitting it without any registration.

    Please advise.

    The answer is yes.
But I can't have them upload images. WordPress returns an error just saying to check back later.

Could this be because guests are not allowed to upload file in the media gallery? If yes, any solution to overcome this?

    Hi Benj,

The field image lets the user upload images without accessing the Media Library of WordPress, please follow this documentation.

    Thanks, it works indeed.
Could you please advise on the workflow to have these resized before being stored? Where should I put the code?

It would have been handy if this could have been a setting of that field.

    Hi,

The Meta Box plugin only helps you to create the fields, save the input and display the output easier. If you want to resize/optimize the image automatically, please follow this article to get a plugin to achieve the goal.
