on this website (https://sfgqualitymark.org.uk/) the cloneable fields seem to be duplicating themselves in the backend - see screenshot.

Can you share the access to view the screenshot? And let me know the page that has the frontend form on your site.
I have shared access to the screenshot - any news on this? do you have an enail address I can send the screenshot to if you didn't get access?
Please update MB plugins to the new versions Meta Box 5.10.1, MB AIO 1.30.1 and check the issue again. Let me know how it goes.
