    I created a custom post type, then created custom fields and added content to those fields.

    The issue, when I open any of these entries on the front-end I get "Oops! That page can’t be found."
    Fileds are accessible on the backend.
    For this project, I am trying to use Meta box to create a simple portfolio listing with the option to open each portfolio and view case study data.

    Hi Vojkan,

    Please try to re-save the permalink settings (Post name) to flush the cache and re-check this issue. Let me know how it goes.
