Custom upload folder Not show image - Meta Box

Hi, I use the image field to upload a photo in a custom folder (outside wp-content)

The file loads but the preview does not show the photo

Using the latest version metabox + latest version setting page

Hi Piero,

Only the field file supports uploading files to the custom folder and it does not support showing thumbnail (preview).
