What is the difference between these shortcodes and how to use them

mb_user_profile_info

mb_frontend_form

I am looking specific for a form that display exisiting user profile custom fields and allow edit at the same time.

[mb_frontend_form] used to create a form on the frontend that allows users to submit posts
[mb_user_profile_info] used to create a form on the frontend that allows users to edit their profile
