1 - Does MB Conditional Logic works with MB User Meta ?
2 - Can we use Conditional Logic outside Meta Box with native WP user post type ? (for example to hide some WP user sections like nickname...)

1. YES, it's not only works with Post meta boxes but also works with all other extensions like User Meta, Settings Page, Term Meta.
