file_advanced and image_advanced missing on backend - Meta Box

Both file_advanced and image_advanced uploader meta boxes do not show in page edit. All other fields appear to be working. 'name' and 'label_description' are working, but thumbnail and upload button are missing. Using WP classic editor. All plugins and WordPress updated.
