Hide custom fields except for specific term - Meta Box

What's the best approach to hide custom fields except for a specific term? Ideally, I want to hide all custom fields and then specify which terms to display each one of them in.

I see the conditional logic under advanced but I can't seem to figure it out.

It's best to use Meta Box Include Exclude.

Why don't you guys add this show/hide to the UI for those using the builder rather than code? You have Advanced location rules, and conditional logic, but not show/hide. I dont even know how to edit the code itself if we are using the builder now?
