Am I to believe that in the year of our lord 2026 Meta box can't enable hiding a custom user meta field in the user profile area of WP without creating a dedicated meta box for each field? I have seen this request many times in these forums from years ago and still no solution?
Yes, the extension MB Include/Exclude doesn't work with custom field settings, it works with meta box settings only. To hide a custom field, you can use the extension MB Conditional Logic https://docs.metabox.io/extensions/meta-box-conditional-logic/
