I'm currently creating a website for a client with another developer. We are facing an issue regarding CF used on Woo products. My developer is responsible for solving this issue, but has no account on metabox.com yet.
How can he request support and get help from you? I don't want to give him my credentials, but for the site we are working I have applied my Meta Box licence: nh-training.macbay.biz, which you can see in my account.
Is it possible for my co-developer to open his own account on your support-forum without being your active customer? Is it possible for him to get help via your contact-form instead? What other channels of support-related communication do you offer if all previous are not supported from your end?
