    Hi,

    How can I move all my WordPress general Posts to Metabox custom posts?

    Do I have to manually copy or is there a plugin for that?

    Hello,

    You can use the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/
    to change the post type of any post.
