@EddieBT and @chillifish, can you try installing the WP-Sweep plugin and clear all transients (we use transient to cache requests)? And then try Dashboard > Updates > Check again SEVERAL times?
Processed transients with WP Sweep. All sorted and updated :). Thanks.
I used Transient Manager as it was already installed, just selected the ones with metabox in the name and it worked first time. Thanks.
