There was another topic opened about supporting Templates. The topic was closed, but I don't see this either.

You can use custom attributes from MB Builder to add conditions for Include Exclude extension. Please follow these guides:

I see that panel, but I'm not sure I understand how to filter by template names.
I've fixed this bug. Please update to the latest version (2.1.1) and you'll see multiple select boxes which let you select template names.
