Hi, I'm having a similar issue when trying to update Meta Box Tabs plugin required for Oshine to work properly. I'm stuck in version 1.1.6 and requires 1.1.7 but manual installation would show an error on both the plugin section and Oshine's plugin update tab.
Have you contacted the plugin/theme Oshine to get support in this case? It's a premium product and uses our plugin Meta Box Tabs as a library so they would know where the issue comes from.
Also, please post the error here. It might help us to have a sight of the issue.
Well, actually there's not an error message per se. Once you hit on update, it proceeds to do so but remains in the same 1.1.6 version still after the update process.
You can manually update by login here https://metabox.io/my-account/. Then download the newest version of the Meta Box Tabs plugin 1.1.8 > back to the Plugins page > deactivate and delete the current version of this plugin > Click Add new and install the new version.
