It appears this has been requested multiple times. It's something I want as well. I've reviewed the other form builders (Formidable & Gravity Forms), but each of them could be better as they do not handle the custom field sets we create in MetaBox, and having to map metabox fields in the 3rd party form builders is limited.
All of these posts have been asking for this feature over the last 2 years.
