I have created an field Taxonomy as custom field. The problem now is when I change the field it works. But when I add another term on the WordPress way and save it then the term will be removed. I think changing the 'wordpress' terms (side bar) won't update the custom field Taxonomy. What is the best way to fix this?

This is horrible. Please provide a way to get the terms added/removed the WordPress way in sync with the custom field. Just stumbled over this problem after using QuickEdit feature in Post list to update a lot of CPT Posts together with the client and now my data are inconsistent.
