Relationships stopped working on site

Hi the client has informed me that the relationships on their site isn't working anymore - it has been working fine - is there an issue maybe since the last update of metabox?

site is https://www.hallamshirephysiotherapy.com/treatments/musculoskeletal-problems/
in the sidebar it should list the conditions related to it as well as who treats it - everywhere the relationships are they are not working anymore

could you help please

I see the Condition items are displayed in the sidebar on the page https://www.hallamshirephysiotherapy.com/treatments/musculoskeletal-problems/

Can you please check the issue again? If it still doesn't work, do you see the connection between posts in the admin area?
