    HI, I've found that viewing Meta Box in Safari 18 causes layout issues as seen in this photo:

    I also have a Custom Post Type where the Editor turned off so there are only Meta Boxes in the Admin section for those Posts, and the layout is shifted to the right as seen in this image as well.

    Please try to use Chrome or Firefox and recheck the issue.

    Interesting. I'd checked Chrome before and that is fine, but Safari is suddenly consistently as seen in the screenshot and happened after upgrading to Safari 18 with Mac OS Sequoia.

    You can change the view from one to two columns. It Looks normal with two columns.

    Switching to One column (not two) is the only solution for now besides using another browser.
