Save custom post into user profile - Meta Box

Hi,
is it possible to save/mark the custom post to a specific user? For example, I have a directory website with listings, and the user wants to save/mark some listings (custom post) into its user profile in order to read them a little bit later. The user visit its user profile and he can find these marked posts their.

Any MB solution without JS or custom PHP?

I'm afraid it isn't possible. The solutions are extra plugins for the Lifetime Bundle license.
