std is not working with settings pages fields - Meta Box

When I'm using the std with the Settings Page fields to set a default value for the field, it seems not to work. I'm always getting a blank field.

I tested this with the text and number field types.

Hi,

If the field group with custom fields has been saved value to the database before, the setting std will not work. You can create a new field group and a custom field then re-check this issue.
