The shortcode does not work - Meta Box

I currently do not get the shortcode displayed. The plugin is up to date, the ID refers to custom fields from users and yet I only see this. The other shortcodes work (Login/Register)

Hello Martin,

Do you mean the user profile shortcode does not work on your site? Can you please share some screenshots of the issue on your site?
