There seems to be a lot of issues lately .. why is that?

So,

We had the issues with CPT not showing, then we have taxonomies not saving. Site is crashing when I try to add a category to a custom post type. No logs are created; vague messages are being displayed.

Why is this?

Plus, we should have the ability to roll AOI when issues arise, otherwise we are left stuck.
