    Sorry to ask this question but just getting started with Meta Box and some of the definitions in Extensions is opaque

    When using MB Include Exclude based on User Role... documentation says it applied to "meta box"

    I'm trying to apply displaying Custom Fields / field groups based on User Role -- will MB Include Exclude do that?

    I'm trying to map out my structure before digging in and learning how everything works - and I'm not sure what will do what I want - other forum posts I looked at didn't quite answer this

    Hi,

    Field group in the Builder is a meta box. You can navigate to the tab Settings > Location: User > Advanced location rules: select user role to show the field group (meta box). Screenshot https://imgur.com/a/n87Dwuh
