    Hi there,

    I came across one issue after updating the meta box aio with the latest version.

    I am unable to access my custom model link listed under my custom menu setting page.

    I have created the demo Pastebin for your reference.

    Just wanted to follow up about the above issue.

    Does the development team get any chance to work on fixing the above issue?

    Does the development team have any temporary solution for it?

    I have used the model feature so many places unfortunately none of any are working.

    Hello,

    The development team is still working on this issue. You can create the model as the top menu to prevent this issue.

    Just wanted to follow up about the above issue again.

    Unfortunately, I am not able to apply your solution to use the model as the top menu of the WP backend because there were a lot of complex places I applied the model.

    One is custom model menu is a parent menu
    One is custom model menu is a sub/child menu
    The development team is working to find a solution to fix both cases.

    Hello,

    Currently, we don't have a proper solution to fix both cases:
    - One is custom model menu is a parent menu
    - One is custom model menu is a sub/child menu

    only the case custom model menu is a parent menu will be supported and the settings page menu should be a submenu. Just want to let you know.
