Upload not working for registered users - Meta Box

Hey Guys,

Can you please help me, How do I allow users to upload files after registering?
When I try uploading a file with a registered account, I see "Sorry, you are not allowed to upload files"...

Can I correct it in MB or do I need separate plugins?
